To healyourself from disease, wounds or broken bones.

Items youwill need

-2 smallpieces of paper
-pencil or pen
-one red candle
-a heat proof container
-match or lighter

Draw apicture of yourself with the disease, wound or condition that
will clearly point out the problem.

Charge thered candle with healing energy and light the candle. Hold the
tip of your drawn picture in the flame. After it is lit, drop it into the heatproof container and allow it to burn to ashes.

While thered candle is still burning draw another picture of yourself
completely healed. Place this picture ''below'' the flame of the red candle andlet the red candle burn out completely.
