Libra is also associated with theGreco-Roman goddess Aphrodite/Venus and sometimes also the goddessesEris/Discordia & Hermione/Concordia, Her/Juno, Ishtar, Freyja, and Friggand the god Xolotl.

In astrology Libra is ruled by theplanet Venus. The Indian equivalent of Libra is Tula, the Chinese equivalent isthe Dog.
